A Space for Learning – Workshop Enrolment Form

What you need to enrol for a workshop:

  1. If your intention is to attend a seminar, please let us know, by filling in the enrolment form, at least 14 days before the start of the workshop. An invoice will be sent on enrolment.
  2. A 50% non-refundable deposit must be made at least 10 days before the start of the workshop. Banking details will be included on the invoice.
  3. ALL seminars start at 10am on the first day. Starting times for subsequent days will be decided during the seminars.
  4. The VENUES:  Cape Town: Valley Shala, 79A Valley Road, Hout Bay.
    Gauteng:  In-Balance Wellness Centre, 42 Owl Road, Atlasville, Boksburg.

  5. Late enrolments will be considered, but with NO guarantee of study material availability
  6. Repayment options are available. This needs to be discussed beforehand and acceptable repayment plans agreed upon.
